Return and Refund Policy for Euroship S.A.R.L
1. Overview
At Euroship S.A.R.L, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and protecting against fraud. We want you to have a smooth and reliable service experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a return or refund for products or services purchased through us.
2. Return Period
You may request a return within 48hours of receiving your order. Otherwise you can request an exchange within 7 days

A. Return Process
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Our team will guide you through the return process, including packaging instructions and the return address.
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (see Section 4), we will process your return.
B. Refund Process
If your return request is approved, we will process the refund based on the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If the issue with the product is our fault or if it arrives damaged during delivery
- Partial Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if only part of the order qualifies
4. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The product must be in its original working and physical condition, as verified by our records when it left our facility
- You must provide a reasonable explanation of the issue
5. Non-Refundable Items
There are no non-refundable items unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

We aim to process refunds within 7 days after receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment method or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund request if:
- The product has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- The product was damaged or lost after delivery
8. International Orders
We currently only sell and ship within Lebanon. International orders are not accepted.

10. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will accept the return and offer:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement (based on your preference)
